Are there any side-effects?
When we have finished the treatment there could possibly appear a light redness in the treated area that disappears in a short time. It is important to limit exposure to the sun after treatment and, with the advice of the clinic, you can eliminate complications.
RECOMMENDATIONS BEFORE TREAMENT WITH CO2 LASER
- Study, understand and follow all preoperative requirements that you have been given by the surgical team.
- Stop sunbathing and using sun-beds for a minimum of 2 weeks before the session.
- Tell the doctor if at any time before your treatment you feel unwell of have an infection such as a cold.
- Stop using any creams that contain retinol acids.

- Use sun-blockers.
- No exposure to the sun until permitted.
